Invert Surveys is committed to having a positive effect on the environment by reducing our carbon footprint. In April 2017 it was decided that we would move away from onboard generators as a source of on site power towards battery inverters. All rigs are fitted with solar panels to assist in topping up the battery charge, creating environmentally friendly working conditions with zero noise pollution.
All throw away items such as gloves and wipes are recyclable and since the introduction of Wincan Map/Web our surveying is completely paperless.
Electric vans are almost viable in terms of range, and it is part of our environmental strategy to invest in this technology as soon as possible.
